NEW BRAKE PAD BEDDING INSTRUCTIONS

 

When installing new brake pads, it is very important to bed them in correctly. Only then will they provide the best performance.

 

  1. Remove old brake pads.
  2. Clean the brake rotors.
  3. Install new brake pads (follow the instructions!).
  4. Warning! Perform the following steps in a safe and controlled environment!
  5. Brake gently twenty times in a row.
  6. Brake moderately ten times in a row.
  7. Brake hard five times in a row.
  8. Cool the brake pads and rotors.
