RECALL NOTICE - DT ERC/CRC/HEC RIM MODELS

This week, DT Swiss received a limited number of reports of defects in rims from the ERC/CRC/HEC series with heights of 35 and 45 mm and with DT Swiss ID numbers higher than 2750000.

As a precaution and for consumer safety, we urge all customers to IMMEDIATELY cease use of the affected products, and all distributors, manufacturers, and retailers to immediately withdraw the products from sale. This notice of suspension of use remains in effect until the cause is fully clarified.

Instructions:

1. Do not use your DT Swiss product until you verify the following two points.
    
2. Visit the website https://www.dtswiss.com/recall and check if you have an ERC/CRC/HEC rim with a height of 35 or 45 mm.
    
3. Check the DT Swiss ID number of the rim (instructions are on the same website). If the ID number is higher than 2750000, your product may be subject to this recall.
    
4. If you do not have an ERC/CRC/HEC rim (with a height of 35 or 45 mm) or your DT Swiss ID number is lower than 2750000, you may use your DT Swiss product without restrictions.
