Recall Scott Speedster 2014

Special notice to users of Scott Speedster 2014 models: Speedster 30, Speedster 40, Contessa Speedster 25 and Contessa Speedster 35.
Scott is publicly recalling that if you are a user of the mentioned bicycles with serial numbers between AS30500001–AS30504930, AS30700001–AS30704651, AS30900001–AS30903278, AS31100001–AS31103744 and AS40101604–AS40105463, please stop using them immediately! The serial number is located on a white label near the pedals.
Further testing has shown that there is a risk of fork breakage and potential detachment of the front wheel, leading to loss of control over the bicycle and possible injury.
Contact your dealer, who will arrange for a free replacement of the forks!
